In the Community
At Seva, our dedication to community advocacy is exemplified through the active involvement of our leaders in various volunteer roles. Sid serves on the Board of Directors for CFA Society Winnipeg, is a member on the Organizational Performance Committee for the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre (RMTC), and previously served on the board of Learning Disabilities Association of Manitoba (LDAM). Shreeraj contributes as a Board member for the University of Manitoba, CentrePort Canada, and the TELUS Manitoba and Saskatchewan Community Board, and was previously the Chair of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce. Both Sid and Shreeraj are dedicated mentors to young emerging finance professionals.
Our community efforts extend through partnerships with organizations such as Siloam Mission, Main Street Project, and United Way, to provide meals and engage with unhoused community members. Additionally, for the past five years on December 25th, we have independently organized a McDonald’s burger distribution event in Downtown Winnipeg, offering warmth and support during the holiday season.
Our team is deeply passionate about supporting cancer care, youth-focused charities, and non-profit animal shelters. We actively participate in numerous events and initiatives for these important causes. In addition to our steadfast dedication to volunteer work, we are committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
